I loved the Q & A. I just wanted to add that ideally, to be in optimal health it is probably wise to stay away from mushrooms because they are a fungus and cannot be used by the body as well as avocado since avocado is not necessary. Fruits and leafy greens and some nuts and seeds is all you need. There is really no need to add things into your diet that have no impact on your health. You get all the fats, protein and carbs from the fruit and greens.

100% agreed in the optimum scenario, when we are fully balanced. But just like psilocybin mushrooms can remind us of our divinity, other mushrooms can be used to transition us away from the deadly choices. And symbolically, because they eat the death and decay, it makes sense that these are tools to use in the in-between. So as a transitional tool, they can be quite wonderful. But certainly not needed and ultimately to let go of for optimum vitality.
