numbing mechanism … escape from trauma … dive into what got us into this space … self-deprecation doesn’t help … if
we believe we are powerless, then we are … duality of what organizations like AA can provide … AA has one believe they
are worthless and powerless and continue to recite the spell each meeting … identifying with being an alcoholic or addict
… having the humility to acknowledge that I need to heal something … we are not these patterns of behavior … I am the
consciousness of this that can be reframed and rewritten any moment … we are never bound to anything, sovereign …
reclaim it … reframe the discussion to the healed aspect … temporary relief vs. transformation … identify the problem,
don’t attach to the problem, get to the root cause … need the truth to secure a solid foundation … reframe our relationship
with addiction … the drinking is an effect of the root cause of the trauma … ask the questions that yield deeper insight …
forcing ourselves to stay away from something creates the boomerang …

What we are doing by having a discussion like this are taking those systems and the formats that
we would usually go through; like this is what I am supposed to do now, reach out to this program (AA) that’s actually
going to create a lot of me being in want, expectation and attachment to myself … when we are talking like this it opens us
to the fact that the most powerful way for us to navigate through any of these things that we are overcoming is in a
sovereign way; meaning we really are not attached to any of it and we can practice throwing it out there, like shake, shock
and awe, meaning we will say anything so matter how shocking it is … disrupting the etiquette … being open about our
traumas … the whole body will relax and release because once you are heard, your whole body goes right into healing
and lifting and clearing and getting to the root of the problem … inspiring souls to speak it all out, raw truth … becoming
the alchemist transmuting all lead into gold.
