Not the poetic idea, not the dogma — but the living current underneath everything that breathes and remembers.


This week, I sit down with Darth Phaedrus to explore the true nature of consciousness itself — where awareness comes from, what it means to be “ensouled,” and how so much of what we’ve been taught has led us away from our own center.


We’ll start from the modern Western lens — how the soul was defined, fragmented, and often distorted — and trace its lineage back through philosophy, psychology, and metaphysics to see what was lost in translation.


This isn’t about defining the soul.

It’s about remembering what’s been there all along — that quiet intelligence pulsing beneath thought and identity, waiting to be recognized, not described.
