Join me for today's "Quest-i-on" as we explore the spiritual mechanics of resilience. We are looking at the difference between taming our shadow and walking with it, the biological necessity of tears, and how the "forge" of trauma is designed to refine our strength, not break our spirit.

🎶 SONGKEEPER SCHOOL Admission is still open for the next few weeks! Join the community that had me in tears during the first class. Link: https://reyamanna.com/2026songkeeper Discount Code: LIGHTFORGED

CHAPTERS

0:00 - Intro & Opening Track: Arsonist's Lullabye

Exploring the lyric: "Don’t you ever tame your demons / But always keep them on a leash." How do we integrate our shadow without letting it drive the car?

17:35 - SongKeeper School Update

Reflections on the powerful first class and the emotional release of communal singing. (Don't forget code LIGHTFORGED!)

25:18 - Community: To Build or to Behold?

Navigating the tension between the Manifestor (making it happen) and the Projector (waiting for the invitation). How to distinguish between "forcing" and "flowing" based on your internal design.

49:20 - Refining the Signal (Fasting)

Using fasting as a spiritual tool to cut through external noise and amplify your internal guidance.

59:47 - The Power of Pure Awareness

Moving from the comparison trap into celebration. Understanding that the "Real You" is the awareness behind the thoughts, not the thoughts themselves.

1:21:17 - Discernment vs. Judgment

Where do we draw the line? How to use observation to inform wise movement without falling into the trap of moral condemnation.

1:42:58 - Biology & Spirit

Why does the body demand we cry? Plus, addressing physical restoration, foreskin regrowth, and the body's regenerative potential.

2:07:40 - The Lightforged Resolve

Why we endure the "Forge." Reframing trauma not as a life sentence, but as the heat required to refine a strength so resilient it ensures we never fall the same way again. Quest-i-on — Weekly Live Series

Questions aren’t just curiosities—they’re invitations. Any genuine question cracks the door for the divine to answer. As Ieshua (Jesus) said in Matthew 7:7 (Christ = 77): “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you.”

So each week, we’re leaning into that promise together. We’ll ask Quest-i-ons on this grand Quest I am ON—turning toward illuminating the single (i) eye, just as Matthew 6:22 teaches: “If thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.”

I’ll show up and give the clearest, most grounded answer I can. And when we don’t land on an answer right away, that’s fine—we just moved one step closer.

This is an open Q+A and open discussion—anything, any topic, any angle. If it’s sincere, it belongs here.

Priority goes to those who join live and ask in real time. But if you can’t make it and still want your question in the mix, drop it in the comments or send it to t.me/JustinCarpenter

Let’s ask, seek, knock—and see what opens.
